In conjunction with World Mental Health Day, we would like to invite you to join us for our second “Supper Club with a Twist” on Brain Health.
6.45pm - 9.30pm Wednesday 10th October 2018 (World Mental Health Day)
We are delighted to have Dr. Jose Foglia, Neuroplasticity expert, speaking about the positive impact of meditation on the brain and how it can completely change it, by practicing mindfulness daily.
Certified Holistic Health Coach, Chantal Di Donato, will share the benefits of ancient Ayurvedic herb, Brahmi, on cognitive functions as well as her top 5 daily foods to consume for Brain health and together with OptiBac Probiotics, we will discover the science behind the Gut/Brain Axis.
The talk will focus on Happiness, Fighting anxiety and depression as well as preventing degenerative cognitive disorders such as Demential and Alzheimers through nutrition and lifestyle with the focus on a wonderful Kind way of eating and living!
Redemption’s Creative Director, Andrea Waters, and Chantal Di Donato, will create the perfect 3 course menu for an evening charged with superfoods. Wunder Workshop’s Golden Glow Adaptogenic drink, sharing in the power of Brahmi, will be served with dessert too.
