Redemption’s mission is to make this conscious lifestyle cool and sexy and to grow beyond London under a responsible franchising model.  As well as being attractive to urban under-35s it is also appealing to a wide variety of ethnicities and religions.
 
Vegan, sugar-free and wheat-free food is not easy but we are experts in the field.  We are constantly testing and using cutting edge ingredients which keeps us one step ahead of the rest of the market.  We are able to inspire our team members to create everything with love, which is why we constantly get 5* reviews.
 
We’re looking to partner with people who share our vision and values.   In practical terms we’re looking for:
  • You are an experienced restaurant operator in your own region / territory
  • You have the financial resources to roll out at least one venue in your territory, with a minimum of £500,000 in available funds
  • You have an established infrastructure that can provide support functions such as HR and finance to your Redemption site(s)
  • We will provide the menus, menu development, operational handbooks, cultural handbooks, brand support, marketing and creative direction
