floor supervisor - Covent Garden
Our busy Seven Dial’s restaurant is looking for a full time floor supervisor to join their team in the heart of Covent Garden. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years hospitality experience and at least 1 year at supervisor level. You must be bright and bubbly, love engaging with customers but also organised and professional and understand what is required to maintain a smooth flow of service back and front.
We are open all day from 10am-10pm and have a bustling restaurant, courtyard seating in Neals Yard and a busy grab and go deli. You will be responsible for managing the floor shifts

  • Ideally you will have an accredited chef qualification (does not have to be plant based)
  • Have experience working in a professional commercial kitchen
  • Be fully committed to cooking plant based food and understand the fundamentals of vegan/raw cooking
